Everyone can use some relaxing sound medicine these days and we are so happy to host the lovely Patricia Norton, who has trained in reiki healing modalities and many years of sound healing.
Sound Immersions are a full-body receptive experience intuitively crafted to gently invite our whole being to deeply relax, release and restore – body, mind and spirit. Patricia will use the healing frequencies of the gong, Himalayan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, various percussion instruments and voice to nourish our nervous system and invite a letting go of stagnant energy held within. Connect with our innermost wisdom and peace so we can better navigate in these times of great change. The online event will be held via zoom.
